Services offered at Wellness on Wellington include the sessional availability of selected specialists.
If a referral to a specialist is required we are able to offer the convenience of at least an initial consultation at our premises thus eliminating the often tedious travel to a more distant centre.

GASTROENTEROLOGIST- The Digestive Health Centre David has centred his practice in Dandenong over the last 20 years with special interest in endoscopy and liver disease. He maintains public appointments at both Dandenong Hospital and the Alfred Hospital. Digestive Health


Mr Anthony Clough MBBS,FRACS,GRADCERT(HEALTH STATS)
General Surgeon, Upper GI and Bariatric
Anthony is a general surgeon with a speciality interest in Upper Gastrointestinal and Bariatric (weight loss) surgery. As well as dealing with a wide range of general surgical conditions he has a particular interest in minimally invasive surgery applied to the stomach and oesophagus and performs lap band, sleeve gastrectomy and gastric bypass surgery for weight loss. Mr Thomas specialises in all aspects of kidney stone treatment, laparoscopic urological surgery, urological cancers and general urology

Dr James Pang MBBS, FRACP, Dip.Pall Med(RACP)
Consultant Geriatrician, General Physician and Pain Medicine Specialist
Dr James Pang is a Geriatrician, General Physician and Pain Medicine Specialist. He holds current public appointments as a Consultant Geriatrician at Southern Health, a Consultant General Physician and Palliative Care Physician at Casey Hospital, Berwick, and a Consultant Pain Medicine Specialist at the Pain Management Clinic, Angliss Hospital. He has a particular interest in the management of the complex elderly patient and dementia, as well as general medicine and management of chronic pain


Cardiolab
Certain cardiological tests and investigations that previously would have involved travel to more distant suburbs can now be provided at Wellness on Wellington. A highly trained Cardiolab staffmember provides these services for our patients at our premises after referral from your GP.


Mr Douglas Li MBBS(HOns), FRACS
orthopaedic Surgeon
Mr Doug Li completed Orthopaedic specialist training in 2001, before furthering his orthopaedic subspecialty training as a Fellow in Edinburgh and Dublin for three years, training in shoulder, knee and trauma surgery. He commenced orthopaedic practice in 2005, based at Mercy Hospital, East Melbourne. Mr Li holds public hospital appointments at the Alfred Hospital, The Western General Hospital, and has operating facilities for uninsured patients at Williamstown hospital.


Dr Elizabeth Thomas MBBS, B Med Sc, M Bioeth, Grad Dip Theol, FRACP
Paediatrician
Dr Beth Thomas has spent the last five years working as a general paediatrician at a variety of public hospitals and currently holds public appointments at the Angliss Hospital and Casey Hospital. She is interested in all areas of general paediatrics and enjoys the variety of attending births and working in the Emergency Department, often in the same day! In her spare time she is studying for the Certificate IV in Breastfeeding Counselling.
